Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2025

The Short Version

Some links on this site earn me a small commission if you click through and make a purchase. This never affects the price you pay, and I only recommend things I personally use, have vetted, or know the people behind well enough to vouch for.

Who I Work With

Property Wealth Systems — I know the people behind Property Wealth Systems personally. They offer training and community for property investors at various stages. If you click a Property Wealth Systems link on this site and go on to purchase a course or membership, I earn a referral commission. I would recommend them regardless — the commission is a bonus, not the reason.

I will update this page if I add further affiliate relationships.

How Affiliate Links Are Marked

Wherever an affiliate link appears in a blog article, I say so inline — something like "full disclosure: I earn a small commission if you join through this link." I do not bury disclosures in footers or rely on this page alone. You will always know when you are clicking an affiliate link.

Does This Affect What I Write?

No. I built AuctionPackReader because I needed it for my own buying decisions. The blog exists to share what I have actually learned, including the expensive lessons. Affiliate relationships do not change what I say — if I stop trusting something I recommend, I remove the link.

Legal Basis

This disclosure is made in accordance with the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on endorsements and testimonials, and the FTC guidelines for international visitors. Affiliate income is declared as part of my trading income for tax purposes.
